Ivy and her team provided impeccable service when I bought from them several years ago. Now as a seller, and from the moment I spoke with…Ivy, even before signing the listing agreement, she provided highly professional, thorough and thoughtful service. She took time to guide me step by step through listing, staging, selling and closing and then advised me about moving. Ivy and her team left no stone unturned in finding the best buyer. I can’t recommend Ivy her team more highly. I would turn to them again and again for buying and selling properties.

I've worked with Ivy and her team for four years in multiple capacities. As someone unfamiliar with the Boston & surroundings real estate…market, I wanted a trustworthy, knowledgeable, and responsive individual to answer my questions (no matter how detailed!) and offer real, honest advice. I found that person in Ivy - and the same can be said about her team member Jason Amos. I've consistently felt that Ivy has my best interests at heart, and that is why I continue to rely on her and recommend her so highly to others!

I highly recommend Ivy and her team. Ivy is the consummate professional. Ivy is a highly experienced, well-respected, and…trustworthy real estate broker in Boston. Ivy is always available when her clients need her to answer questions, problem-solve, or for recommendations. Ivy always works in her client's bests interests, is an excellent problem-solver, and has superb negotiation and mediation skills. Ivy also has fantastic customer service skills and her demeanor is always calm, kind, and nonjudgmental. Ivy listens to what her clients want and what their goals are. Ivy helps to ensure that if they are renting or purchasing a property it will be the right fit to meet their needs. Ivy loves what she does and is excellent at it. Ivy is a 'wonderful person' who truly cares about her clients.

Ivy made selling my condo almost easy. She's been a realtor in my neighborhood for a good while, so I knew she was well established…and trusted; but even then I had a lot of questions because 1) it's *my* home, and 2) I was nervous with needing to sell in a pandemic (Fall 2020). I was fully confident and comfortable handing Ivy the keys and having her manage the work needed to window-dress my home for sale. She was responsive, pro-actively reached out with updates and information, set realistic expectations, AND I am very happy with the price received. I highly recommend the Ivy Team.

We chose Ivy and her team to help sell our condo due to her local market knowledge and expertise. We moved out of state and needed an agent who we felt comfortable with to represent us for the sale. At the start, she made remodeling recommendations to extract maximum value from the sale that fit within our budget. She provided regular updates throughout the process and was able to complete it on time and on budget. She also staged our unit during the showing. We accepted an above-listing offer within 4 days after it hit the market. Her backoffice was also helpful and responsive during the closing process. We highly recommend Ivy and her team.

My husband and I can't say enough great things about Ivy -- she was incredibly helpful and encouraging as we attempted to navigate the process of buying our first house. She asked us questions that no one else did, listened carefully, and calmly helped us sort thru our thinking at a point when we were feeling nervous. She has an incredible knowledge of the Boston/Cambridge market, gave us great tips about evaluating comparables, and connected us to people who made things happen. All in all, it was a great experience, and we recommend her highly!
